I see visitors at my nursery by appointment. I am generally available between 10:30 & 3:00 7 days a week, but I am sometimes not available, so DO NOT come without calling first.

Every item that you see on the site is available for pick-up. Bonsai & Pre-Bonsai are "one of a kind" items, so what you see today may be here a year from now, or gone later today.
PLEASE NOTE: Most orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders containing trees are usually held until the following Monday if shipping will entail a weekend layover.
No orders can be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, FedEx Holidays (for FedEx orders) and Post Office Holidays (for U.S. Postal Service Orders.)
If your order MUST arrive on a certain day, make sure to note it in the "Message/Comments" box toward the bottom of the order form, and include a day & evening phone number.
If your order cannot be shipped to arrive when needed, I will contact you with available options. On occasion an item will go out of stock, and a customer will order it before it can be removed from the site or marked as "Temporarily Out of Stock."
If this occurs, you will be offered the following options.
1-A replacement of equal value.
2-A replacement of lesser value and a corresponding reduction of your charge.
3-The item will be removed from your order, the total adjusted, and the balance of the order shipped.
4-The order will be canceled and your charge will be voided.
5-You may select a replacement of greater value, and a second charge will be processed to cover the difference in price.
NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR CONSENT.
