Oriental Ficus
Jacaranda Mimosifolia is a sub-tropical tree. It can tolerate frost, but it's better to avoid temperatures in the 30's or below. It is originally native to southern to central South America, but is now grown in warm climates worldwide. It is also known as Fern Tree. The flowers are indigo blue and last longer than the flowers on most trees.
