Pandora Weeping Ficus makes an excellent indoor bonsai. Imported from China, their bulbous roots are unique and unusual looking. It is one of the hardiest species used for bonsai cultivation. More information below the photos.
Pandora Weeping Ficus is a cultivar of the Benjamin Fig tree often kept in homes as tall (5 feet or more) potted trees. Because of its surface roots, small leaves and vigorous growth the Pandora makes a fantastic bonsai subject.
They will live with little direct sun, but given the choice, they prefer at least a few hours a day of direct sun. Avoid direct mid-day sun in the middle of summer.
