Surinam Cherry

Surinam Cherry (Eugenia uniflora) is a tropical tree that grows over 25 feet in nature. It produces a white, 4 petal flower which develops into a fruit that starts out green then goes from orange to scarlet to maroon. Fruit developing at different times cause an attractive variety of color. A worthwhile addition to any bonsai collection.
